The above activity is one I don’t get to indulge in as much as I’d like. However, as I mentioned before, I will be doing it this weekend, specifically between 6pm and 7.30pm at Clevedon Community Bookshop, Clevedon, Somerset.
I’ve been trying to decide what I’ll read: an excerpt from Bringer of Light? The opening of Queen of Nowhere? a short story? maybe something older and not too SFnal? It depends on the audience, so I may not decide until the day.
If you’d like to come along to find out what I pick to read and then ask me stuff, contact Carol on 01275 218318 or email enquiries@clevedoncommunitybookshop.coop. There will be tapas…
Since I last did my parish notices, I’ve added a new date, also in a bookshop. In this case it’s the Oxfam bookshop in Reading. They’re holding a Science Fiction Spectacular between the 7th and 17th of September. My own small part in this grand event will be a visit on the evening of the 11th, for a reading, again with questions afterwards.
